This one-hour course will enhance the knowledge of the licensees by identifying the various types of data from infotainment systems.  Specifically, the course will examine mobile phone data, GPS data and other vehicle data activity.  By establishing these basic guidelines, the licensee will be able to corroborate or contradict claims/statements based on data evidence obtained from inspection of a vehicle and components.  The case studies in conjunction with the question and answer period will allow students to examine typical claims and the reported facts surrounding them.
