LEXINGTON – Neil Wright hired as Senior Building Consultant

ProNet Group is excited to announce the launch of a Building Consultant Services division and the addition of Mr. Neil Wright as Senior Building Consultant.

 

Mr. Wright is a proficient general contractor with experience in residential, light commercial, heavy commercial, light industrial, heavy industrial, manufacturing and process facilities. His experience transcends buildings to roadways, bridges, stormwater, and wastewater processes. Mr. Wright is well versed in cost estimating and repair protocols, contractor standards of care, budgeting, Clerk of the Works, safety/OSHA compliance and project management. He has over 15 years of hands-on field experience with projects in various countries, including the United States. He has managed projects ranging from less than $100,000 to over $130 million dollars. Mr. Wright has extensive experience in subcontractor negotiations, project scheduling, design/build projects, Green and LEED projects.

 

Mr. Wright is well versed in security, code compliance, construction defects, construction liability, contractor OSHA requirements, moisture intrusion/water damage, differential foundation movement, construction vibration and blasting/explosion damage, fire damage remediation, and earthquake/hurricane/tornado/storm damage.  Mr. Wright has extensive experience in forensics with investigations covering everything from ground movement and sinkholes to weather-related breaches and damage to structures.  He has over 2,000 inspections following Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Michael, Laura, Delta and Ian. He also has experience with various welding techniques, including plasma cutting. Additionally, he has testified as an expert witness in federal court.
