Thomas Narciso hired as Senior Civil/Structural/Construction Engineer and Construction Cost Estimator

ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Thomas Narciso, P.E., has joined the firm as Senior Civil/Structural/Construction Engineer. Mr. Narciso is also a member of the Construction Management, Building Consulting, and Cost Estimating division. Mr. Narciso is based in ProNet’s Los Angeles area (Irvine) office. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Mr. Narciso has sixteen (16) years of experience in project management, engineering, design and construction in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. Mr. Narciso has substantial expertise regarding site reconnaissance, construction cost estimates, scheduling, and construction management. Additionally, Mr. Narciso provides repair cost estimates for damage scopes of work identified through field and desktop evaluations.

Mr. Narciso’s forensic engineering experience includes leading and conducting surety default analysis, forensic investigations related to catastrophic flood, earthquake, rain, snow, hail, vehicle impact, settlement, and mold water damage events in various parts of the country. Additionally, he has performed the following tasks: project document reviews, take-offs, costs-to-complete, estimates, damage mitigation, subcontractor re-let packages and ratification, stop notice and bond claim resolution, and funds control. Once substantial completion was obtained, Mr. Narciso supported surety clients in subrogation and litigation support to achieve project release.

Mr. Narciso has also overseen municipal construction projects for various infrastructure waterworks entities, where he handled full-project life cycle. These duties included estimating the prime contractor, bid, pre-construction, construction operations, delivery, post-construction commissioning, and final acceptance.
