Pete Quinn, P.E., has been named Vice President Construction and Technical Services

ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Pete Quinn, P.E., has been named Vice President Construction & Technical Services.
Mr. Quinn possesses over 25 years of professional experience in structural and civil engineering design and analysis, in addition to expertise in project and construction management. He brings extensive industry experience in the planning and execution of highway, bridge, residential roadway, and residential building construction, as well as in the construction and testing of water mains, sanitary sewers, and stormwater management systems. Additionally, he has widespread experience in construction defect, standard of care, scheduling, cost estimating, budget control, and contract management.
“Pete has a unique blend of engineering design and failure analysis along with construction management,” said Jane Heintz, President/CEO. “Pete is well-regarded in the construction litigation industry because of his engineering and construction experience, but also because he owned a carpentry construction company, and has physically worked on construction sites.”
Ms. Heintz continued, “Pete also has many years of experience in the management of regional and technical teams, which is what we were looking for in this role. Pete will do a great job of leading our team of construction litigation engineers and building consultants.”
