Jesse Lampf hired as Senior Fire Investigator in Philadelphia

ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Jesse Lampf, IAAI-CFI, NAFI-CFEI, has joined the firm as Senior Fire/Explosion Origin & Cause Investigator. Mr. Lampf is based in ProNet’s Philadelphia office and will be serving clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Lampf has over twenty-seven (27) years of professional experience, including over twenty (20) years in fire and explosion investigations and law enforcement-related fields in the public sector. Experience includes determining origin and cause of over fires, including as lead investigator on hundreds of large-scale commercial and residential fires throughout the country and as a member of ATF’s National Response Team. He has extensive training in fire origin and cause determination, arson investigations, complex scene management, evidence collection and management, and fraud investigations. He has likewise testified in multiple criminal trials.
As a Senior Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Mr. Lampf investigated alleged violations of federal explosive, arson, and firearms statutes. Additionally, he provided technical assistance to special agents and other law enforcement officers and fire investigators engaged in the investigation of explosions and fires. Mr. Lampf also conducted complex financial investigations in arson-for-profit cases, and coordinated and instructed training classes in the arson and explosives fields for prosecutors, law enforcement, and fire investigators both in the United States and at the International Law Enforcement Academy.
