ProNet Group Rebrands the Cyber Forensic Division as PNG Cyber, LLC
In 2018, ProNet introduced a cyber/digital forensic division, and in August 2021, ProNet rebranded this division and launched PNG Cyber, LLC powered by ProNet Group.
“In 2017, we made a calculated decision to advance our forensic consulting services by branching out and creating a cyber/digital forensic division,” said Jane Heintz, President and Co-Founder. “ProNet has established a strong reputation for building an excellent team of experts that provide elite forensic engineering and fire origin and cause services, and we are elated to have built, and continue to build, an elite team of expert consultants in the field of cyber/digital forensics.”
“Since our beginning over 31 years ago, we have been focused on organic growth throughout the firm,” stated Laurie Szuchmanski, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder. “Whether expanding into a new region of the country to complete our national coverage, or enhancing an existing forensic discipline to increase our offering of expert services, our strategy has remained the same – controlled and sustainable growth while maintaining a high level of customer service.”
“When we decided to establish a cyber forensic division, it was our plan to eventually create its own unique identity, yet still tied to the overall strength and stability of ProNet Group,” said Ms. Heintz. “Our initial step was to assemble one of the premier leadership teams that is offered in the cyber marketplace, folks with a vast amount of experience in working with insurance cyber adjusters, breach coaches, risk managers, and IT professionals. We have accomplished that and have also gathered a core team of experienced consultants to immediately respond to our clients needs when a cyber incident occurs.”
“PNG Cyber has been built to be a full-service boutique firm,” said Shawn Shoop, Vice President of Business Development. “These services include DFIR (Digital Forensic Incident Response), Recovery & Restoration, Cyber Risk, and Managed Security Services (MSSP). We are able to handle our clients needs from pre-breach, to and through the incident, and post-breach including long-term cybersecurity consulting services.”
“We are proud of this accomplishment to announce PNG Cyber, LLC to our clients and the cybersecurity world,” added Ms. Heintz.
