Mr. Mark Clemens, ASE, has joined ProNet Group as Automotive / Heavy Equipment Forensic expert.  He resides in southern California and covers the entire western U.S. region from ProNet’s offices located throughout the territory.

 

Mr. Clemens has over twenty-five (25) years of experience conducting comprehensive inspections and automotive repair of vehicles.  His in-depth training with BMW over the course of his career included gas, diesel, hybrid, and high voltage vehicles.  Additionally, he has experience in automotive body shop management, and diagnosis and repair of vehicles.

 

During his tenure with BMW, Mr. Clemens served as a consultant on special investigations and coordinated with manufacturing representatives, tech support engineers, and field engineers at the national level to identify and flag defects, document factory issues, and address tampering and lemon law related fraud.  Mr. Clemens has provided expert witness testimony.
