FT. MYERS – JAMES HOWARD, P.E., HAS JOINED PRONET GROUP AS SENIOR STRUCTURAL/CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER.

Mr. Howard has over eighteen (18) years of professional work experience including 14 years of engineering experience in construction project management, structural engineering design and forensic investigations related to residential and commercial buildings.  He has provided industrial, commercial and residential construction consulting where he has reviewed construction documents (including plans, contracts, schedules and budgets) and opined on their quality and readiness for construction.  Following review of the construction documents, Mr. Howard provided construction inspection and administration services encompassing a spectrum of projects from single family homes to industrial facilities and complexes. 

 

In addition to Mr. Howard’s new-construction experience, he has performed existing project physical condition inspections on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.  Mr. Howard has a variety of experience in construction material types, systems and components with understanding of construction plan implementation, building code interpretation and industry standards.
