Mr. Doug Theall, P.E., has over 20 years of engineering experience including product design and manufacturing, forensic investigations, fire origin and cause analysis, and product and system design and failure analysis.  His areas of expertise includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design and installation, and commissioning assessments for industrial and commercial facilities.  Additionally, he has experience in electrical service and construction, mechanical equipment assessment and repair, HVAC service, oil and gas production (onshore and offshore), and residential construction.

 

Mr. Theall’s engineering experience also includes failure and non-conformance assessments, code compliance, and testing of high pressure and pipeline equipment.  He is also well versed in manufacturing processes including machining, welding, material examinations and defects, and coating.  He has provided expert testimony in trial and depositions, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 10 states.
