Doug Rowell hired as Fire O&C Investigator

ORLANDO, FL (August 18, 2022) –

Mr. Rowell has thirty-four (34) years of fire service experience while leading and managing the investigation of fire and/or explosion incidents in both the public and private sectors.  He has conducted or supervised fire origin and cause investigations of commercial and residential structures, vehicles, and fire deaths, including several high-profile and large dollar loss cases.  He has provided testimony in depositions in local and state courts.  Additionally, Mr. Rowell has wide-ranging experience in fire suppression, fire ground tactics, fire prevention, and fire scene management.

 

Mr. Rowell has held positions ranging from Firefighter, Fire Officer, Fire Marshal, and Lead Fire Investigator.  From 1989 to 2020, Mr. Rowell also served as a fire instructor throughout New Jersey, where he taught classes on topics of interest to the fire service specializing in Fire Ground Management, Tactics, and Strategies.  He also developed curriculum for Fire Academy classes ranging from entry to officer level positions.

 

Mr. Rowell is a licensed Private Investigator in the state of Florida and is covering the state from ProNet’s offices in Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Ft. Myers.
