DENVER – BILL TEMPLETON HIRED AS DIVISION MANAGER / SR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Mr. William “Bill” Templeton, P.E., has thirty-one (31) years of professional engineering experience.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in nine (9) states and has conducted structural engineering design and failure analysis on new and existing institutional, commercial, and residential structures comprised of varying materials including cast-in-place reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, composite, and wood-framed systems.

 

Mr. Templeton has over twenty (20) years of experience in the forensics field.  He has performed structural integrity investigations and determined remedial repairs for existing structures and performed inspection and analysis of failures in civil/structural engineering related to industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.  Projects have included construction defect investigations, foundation and superstructure failure analysis, catastrophe damage analysis (wind/hail, snow load, post fire), and much more.  He also conducts premise liability investigations for slip, trip, and fall, as well as review of building and construction code compliance.

 

Additionally, Mr. Templeton has been retained as an expert witness in depositions and trial on matters involving construction defects and property damage.
