Armando Selva, P.E., Promoted to Catastrophe Division Manager

ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Armando Selva, P.E., has been promoted to Catastrophe Division Manager.  In this position, he will implement and lead the corporate strategic plan to provide nationwide catastrophe engineering services to ProNet’s clients following major weather, earthquake, and other events.

 

Mr. Selva has over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in structural design and forensic investigations related to residential and commercial buildings.  For the past nine (9) years, he has held the position of Senior Project Engineer with ProNet Group.  His expertise includes engineering design, inspection and evaluation. Mr. Selva has a variety of experience in construction material types, systems and components with understanding of construction plan implementation, building code interpretation and industry standards.

 

Mr. Selva has performed hurricane damage assessments of commercial and residential structures related to various catastrophes including tornadoes and hurricanes since 2005.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in many states and has provided expert witness testimony in depositions and trial.
